Colegas, Building Community

About

Colegas is Iowa State University's Hispanic and Latino Faculty and Staff Association (FSA). Our aim is to build community and facilitate the integration of Hispanic and Latino faculty and staff, as well as their families, to Iowa State and the Ames community. We also seek to strengthen ties between Hispanic and Latino leaders on campus, and to support their career progression and development.

Colegas membership is free and open to all faculty and staff at Iowa State University, regardless of race and ethnicity. While the majority of our members are Hispanic or Latino, allies are welcome and encouraged to participate.
