Campus Conversations

These events bring together the campus community inclusive of students, faculty and staff.  Events relate to current events and campus climate.  Participants are invited to share and voice their perspectives with the intention of having diverse and community-based recommendations to address the needs of our increasingly diverse community.  

Campus Conversations are designed to bring together communities and as such can be framed differently and by using varying approaches. These can be:

  • Open Mic Design
  • Small Group Discussions
  • Brief Presentation with Small Group Discussions

Each event is organized by connecting departments across the campus for the co-creation of the event.  Colleges can also utilize a design to hone in on their community and help inform their outreach and college-specific climate.
