Iowa State University’s Office of University Marketing and Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion are committed to living our mission, taking steps to more fully realize the goals of our strategic plan and modeling for others our commitment to the Principles of Community.  To that end, university structures have evolved to allow for greater, more meaningful identification of who we are so that we may build stronger relationships, better recruit employees and students and enhance a more positive campus environment.
